The Alpine Advantage

Iron work, iron workers, steel workers, stainless steel

As a company, Alpine Steel, LLC has over 15 years of safe and reliable custom steel fabrication of unique or difficult design concepts, and the erection/installation of projects placed in remote, less-than-ideally-accessible locations. At our core, Alpine Steel management has over 150 years of combined steel construction industry experience, making us more insightful, flexible, and competitive than any steel construction companies around.  We have production experience with all grades of structural and ornamental ferrous metals, including Mild, Carbon, and Stainless Steel, as well as Cast and Wrought Iron.  We also employ talented welders certified on all steel fabrication which includes non-ferrous metals (Structural and ornamental Aluminum) as well.

Alpine Steel has a dedicated in-house detailing division using the most advanced industry standard 3D Modeling and CAD software available on the market today.  Our in-house detailers serve to minimize delays due to time-consuming design clarifications and submittal mistakes.  Problems associated with outsourcing design and detail work are entirely eliminated.  Our 3D Modeling software enables us to see clearly how a project will be fabricated and assembled from start to finish without confusion or delay.

Our estimating team provides all customers with an itemization of the project’s scope of work, so the customer will know that a project is covered from start to finish.  Our estimators work closely with our customers; to understand the customers’ vision of the project from fabrication through installation, and to flesh out any unforeseen details that might obstruct the project’s progress.

Alpine Steel’s purchasing agents have unparalleled experience and knowledge concerning today’s construction materials markets.  Our purchasing agents have built solid working relationships with local area vendors and metal suppliers.  This experience translates into shorter lead times on hard to find items, and the lowest possible prices.  These savings are passed directly to our customers.

Alpine Steel’s production and installation teams consist of expert ironworkers who know the importance of getting the work done right, and delivered on time, regardless of the size of the job.  Our fabricators and erectors work diligently and safely to ensure each project’s installation goes smoothly.  Alpine’s equipment base includes a fleet of field trucks, fully equipped with welders, torches, lifts, jacks, cranes and all tools necessary to do the job.  Alpine owns and operates five cranes, 22-ton to 80-ton capacity, Tractor trailers for the delivery of our steel, rough terrain forklifts, boom lifts, snorkel lifts, and scissor lifts.

Alpine Steel’s Quality Control and Safety Division is headed by one of Las Vegas’s most prominent and recognized CWI’s (certified welding inspector).   Our Quality Control and Safety Manager monitors the fabrication and erection phases of every project.  Our Quality Control program governs the work that goes into each project from the moment the material for that project is ordered and enters our fabrication facility, to the moment we complete the installation of the final member.  Our quality control stop-points include, but are not limited to, inspections for layout, fit-up, weld-out, and finish of every fabricated member composing the project.  Our Quality Control System is reviewed and approved annually by Clark County Development Services Building Division.

Alpine Steel has a comprehensive and effective Safety Program, which is reflected in our excellent safety record.  Our safety program teaches our employees the Hows and Whys of construction regulations and safety standards, and holds our employees accountable to these regulations and standards.  Our tools and equipment are constantly inspected to minimize risk and maximize performance.  Our customers can take confidence in knowing that all work done by Alpine Steel will reflect our dedication to professionalism, safety, quality, and dependability.
